SERVICES
UNDERBODY RUST PROTECTION
Heavy-duty bituminous underbody coating for chassis and undercarriage — the parts that cop moisture, gravel, mud and Pilbara washdowns. Areas can include underbody and chassis, wheel arches, tanks, driveline, suspension and related fittings, applied per Endrust process and vehicle type.
Core products: UB302B heavy-duty bituminous underbody sealant (Bottomside); ML602 cavity wax fogged into chassis rails and cross-members.
Typical timing: new vehicles from about 2 days; pre-owned from about 3 days. More time may be needed for cleaning or rust remediation.
UPPER BODY RUST PROTECTION
Extra protection in doors, sills, pillars and box sections, plus clear engine-bay treatment.
Core products: ML602 cavity wax inside doors, pillars, rockers and hard-to-reach sections; RX CLEAR anti-corrosive clearcoat for the engine compartment, painted areas, seams, joints and battery surrounds.
MINE SPEC RUSTPROOFING
Packages aimed at mining and resource mobile assets — from surface fleet through underground and salt/offshore duty.
Spec 3 — Surface mining; Spec 5 — Underground; Spec 6 — Salt and offshore / coastal high-corrosion.
Epoxy upgrades: Spec 7 — Epoxy surface; Spec 8 — Epoxy underground; Spec 9 — Epoxy salt and offshore.
